Health/Dental: Your health is important to us. Medical insurance is self-funded by Rogers and is administered by UMR. Rogers offers three (3) levels of medical insurance through the UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus Network: Gold, Silver, and High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). Prescription coverage is included in Rogers’ medical plan and is administered through Serve You.

Retirement Planning: Rogers is proud to match 100% of employee contributions up to 3% of income and .5% up to 5%. Also, from the first day you invest, you will always be 100% vested, including any match from Rogers, regardless of length of employment.
